摘要
采用正交设计研究了4因素4水平的委陵菜黄酮提取工艺条件,从最适样品浓度、上样量、乙醇洗脱液浓度、乙醇洗脱液用量等方面对AB-8型大孔树脂纯化委陵菜黄酮的工艺条件进行了研究。并用优选的提取条件提取了安徽产的7种药用委陵菜的黄酮,用比色法测定各种委陵菜的黄酮含量。结果得出,委陵菜黄酮在70℃条件下,乙醇浓度为40%,固液比为1∶100,提取3次的效果最佳。在该条件下,粗黄酮粉的黄酮含量为17.98%,经AB-8型大孔吸附树脂纯化后的委陵菜精黄酮粉中黄酮含量约达33.30%。
The technological conditions of extraction and purification of flavonoids from Potentilla chinensis from Anhui Province were studied by using 4-factor and 4-level orthogonal test.The technological conditions of flavonoids from Potentilla chinensis purified with AB-8 macroporous resin were studied from the aspects of the optimum sample concentration,load volume,the concentration of ethanol elution solution and ethanol elution volume.And flavonoid was extracted from 7 herbal species of Potentillae from Anhui Province by using the optimized extraction conditions and flavonoid content in different species of Potentillae was measured by using colorimetry.Under the conditions of 70 ℃,alcohol concentration of 40%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶100,extracting 3 times,the extraction effects were the best.The crude flavonoid content was 17.98%.After being purified with AB-8 macroporous absorption resin,the content of flavonoid in crude flavonoid powder was up to 33.30%.
