摘要
[目的]建立马比木根中喜树碱含量的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为SHIM-PACKVP-ODS C18(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50,V/V),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温40℃。[结果]喜树碱进样量在0.2~1.0μg时,与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);回收率(n=9)为99.8%~101.3%,RSD为0.56%~1.32%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于马比木的质量控制。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for determining the content of camptothecin in the roots of Nothapodytes pittosporoides(Oliv.) Sleum.[Method] The separation was made on a SHIM-PACK VP-ODS C18 column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)with methanol-water(50∶50,V/V)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and 40 ℃.The detective wavelength was set at 254 nm.[Result] The simple size of camptothecin had a good linear relationship with the peak areas in the range of 0.2-1.0 μg(r=0.999 5).The recovery was 99.8%-101.3%,with RSD of 0.56%-0.98%(n=9).[Conclusion] This method is rapid,simple and accurate,which was suitable for the quality control of Nothapodytes pittosporoides(Oliv.) Sleum.
