影响西部贫困地区农村劳动力转移因素的实证分析——以宁夏西海固地区原州区为例

Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors on the Rural Labor Transfer in the Western Poor Regions

从农村劳动力转移"动机"的角度分析了影响农村剩余劳动力转移的因素,应用计量经济的方法对各因素进行了量化,并建立计量经济模型。结果表明,消除制度因素影响、大力开发农村人力资源、加快农业现代化水平、提高农民收入是加快农村剩余劳动力转移的有效途径。

The influencing factors of rural surplus labor transfer were analyzed from the view of ＂motivation＂ of rural labor transfer.Each factor was quantified by using econometric method.And an econometric model was established.The results showed that eliminating the impact of the system,vigorously developing rural human resources,speeding up agricultural modernization and raising the income of the farmers were effective ways to speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor force.
