摘要
本文论述了机床工艺系统同时存在再生效应、切入效应以及切削力随切削速度增加而减小的切削力下降特性情况下,机床工艺系统稳定性极限条件的公式推导以及稳定性域的判别,揭示了这三种效应之间内在的关系,以及对稳定性域的影响,从而为提高机床工艺系统的抗振能力和稳定性,提供了理论依据.
In this paper . the stable limiting condition is given and the stable region is distinguished in mechanical technology system under the regeneration effect, the cutting in effect and the lower specific property of thecutting power with increasing cutting velocity. The pa per also discusses the inherent interrelations between three effects and the influence on the stable region. The theoretical foundation for increasing stablilty and ability in resistance of vibration is given herein
