This paper introduces the lastest product of ATMAL Co-electronic safety railings. It based on infrared-emission and -receiving parts witheight bits AT series of single chip computer. The product is to be used as a safety inspection device . The basic principle ofelctronic safety railings and its key points are emphasized on the design methods to be used in hardware and software . The hardware sketch and software process were given.
