促进高校大型仪器共享的“三分管理法”研究

A Study on Trichotomy Management to Promote the Sharing of Large-Scale Instruments in Universities

大型仪器设备开放共享是仪器设备管理中亟待解决的一个重要问题。针对影响高校大型仪器共享水平的一些关键问题，宁波大学进行了大型仪器共享“三分管理法”的探索与实践。文章从“三分管理法”的内涵、实施依据和管理原则等方面进行了论述，并提出了相应的保障措施，以提高大型仪器设备和优质资源的使用效益，更好地促进高校仪器设备开放共享的可持续发展。

The opening and sharing mechanism of the large - scale instruments is an important issue to be solved in the management of instruments and facilities. The exploration and practice on trichotomy management was conducted by Ningbo University in order to solve the key problems in the sharing of large - scale in- struments. Based on the connotation, implementation basis and management principles, this paper proposes the corresponding measures to increase the use efficiency of large - scale instruments and high - quality resources, and promote the sustainable development of the sharing of instruments and facilities.
