摘要
随着信息社会的到来,工业社会中形成的学校教育范式越来越不能满足社会发展的需要。进行教育系统范式变革,建立适合信息社会的教育系统范式已成为教育研究者的跨世纪研究任务。教育系统范式变革研究领域的代表人物是巴纳锡、赖格卢斯和达菲,特别是赖格卢斯最近几年提出的变革的最新观点和思路,包括个性化教学、教学设计理论的系统重构和教学系统范式变革方案的设计与实施等理论,对当今教育变革带来的启示是:教育改革是一个复杂系统,过度强调某一个因素的变革不利于改革的成功。
With the arrival of the information society, the school paradigm of education formed in the industrial society is far from meeting the needs of social developments. The educational researchers in the new century are facing the imperative of making reformation in the current paradigm of education and initiating a new paradigm of education for the information society. Scholars, such as Banathy, Reigeluth and Dully, has made great contribution to the study of reformation in paradigm of education. Among them, Reigeluth has distinguished himself by putting forward the latest theories in the recent years, which are related to personalization teaching, systematic reconstruction of teaching theory as well as the design and implementation of reformation in paradigm of teaching system. These inspiring theories give rise to profound revelations among the present educational reformation. in which overemphasis on reformation of one factor is The educational reformation is a complicated process, not conducive to success.
