The acceleration of informationzation construction necessitates a new development model of establishing low-carbon education. The adaptation to the new tendency of educational development calls for the following measures： updating the educational principles, setting up the low-carbon education concept of development, strengthening the study of low-carbon education in educational administrative departments, working out the self-appraisal guiding system among schools, motivating the development of teachers＇ educational technology in terms of competency training, and advocating the extensive application of educational technology in teaching practice to realize the shift from the medium of paper to that of information technology.
