研究性教学在教学过程中通过对学生的引导、鼓励,帮助他们发现问题、分析问题及解决问题,对于创新型人才的培养及高校的发展具有重要作用。基于对研究性教学内涵的分析,提出了高校在实施研究性教学的过程中所存在的问题,并从管理者、教师和学生三个方面给出了完善高校实施研究性教学的相应对策。

In the teaching process, research teaching help students discovering, analyzing and resolving questions by guidance and encouragement, plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talented people and the development of institutions of higher education. Based on the analysis of the research teaching connotation, puts forward the problems in the process of carrying out research teaching in institutions of higher education, and gives the countermeasures to perfect research teaching in institutions of higher education from the aspect of managers, teachers and students.
