卡托普利联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Captopril Combination with Carvedilol in Treating Primary Hypertension

目的:探讨卡托普利联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将80例原发性高血压患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用卡托普利联合卡维地洛治疗,对照组只采用卡托普利治疗,每组治疗时间均为8周;治疗期间监测血压、空腹血糖、血脂、血钾、血尿酸、尿素氮和肌酐等,观察药物的安全性。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,二者存在统计学意义;两组患者治疗前后血生化无明显变化。结论:卡托普利联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压疗效显著,耐受性好,副作用少,而且对代谢无明显的影响。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of captopril combination with carvedilol in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension. Method： 80 cases patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into the intervention group （40 cases） and the control group（40 cases ）, the patients were treated with captopril combination with carvedilol in the intervention group, the patients were treated with captopril in the control group, both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Blood pressure, blood glucose,blood fat,serum potassium,blood uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine were examined to evaluate the drug safety. Result： The total effective rate was 95.00% in the intervention group, 70. 00% in the control group, There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No substantial changes were found in blood biochemistry in both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Captopril combination with carvedilol has significant effect for patients of primary hypertension and with favourable tolerance and few side effects, and no adverse effect on metabolism was found.
