ET-1 SP-B在肺水肿组织中表达的研究

摘要 目的:探讨各型肺水肿病理形态改变及ET-1、SP-B表达对发病机制的相关性研究。方法:20例对照组病例因肺部肿瘤行右肺全切术,经病理学检查右肺中叶没有肿瘤细胞侵犯。76例尸检组光镜观察肺组织病理学改变,并应用免疫组化方法测定病例肺组织SP-B、ET-1的含量。结果:76例尸检组肺组织SP-B含量较对照组明显减少,ET-1含量明显增多(P<0.05)。结论:ET-1、SP-B在导致各型肺水肿发生的肺损伤中均有明显的相关性;ET-1、SP-B在各型肺水肿组织表达呈明显负相关性。 Objective: To study the role of ET -1 ,SP- B in the meehinic of disease in pulmonary edema. Method :20 patients in control group was excised the fight line for lung cancer. 76 cases of autopsy group in pulmonary edema, by immunohistochemical method to study the role of SP - B, ET - 1 in lung tissue. Result: The results of the role of SP - B was decreased than the control group, and ET - 1 increased obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The role of ET - 1, SP - B is obviously related to pulmonary edema .
