西甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查中的应用研究

Clinical Application of Simethicone Capsule in Endoscopy Examination

目的:观察不同剂量西甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查中应用效果。方法:将60例行胶囊内镜检查的健康体检者随机分为实验组(检查前30m in口服西甲硅油300mg)和对照组(检查前30m in口服西甲硅油80mg),比较二组资料小肠肠道内的气泡量、图像清晰度。并观察有无不良反应。结果:实验组与对照组相比,小肠肠道内的气泡较少、图像清晰度较好,二组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。均无出现明显不良反应。结论:西甲硅油能够祛除肠道内的气泡,提高胶囊内镜检查的图像清晰度,其祛泡效果还与使用剂量相关。

Objective： To approach the efficiency of different dose of simethicone in the Capsule endoscopy examination. Method： 60 health people were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The study group was given 300rag of simethicone 1/2h before examination and the control group was given 80mg. The difference of the bubbles of the bowel, the image sharpness and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Result： Compared with the control groups,the bubbles of the bowel in the study groups was less, and the pictures became sharper . The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no apparent adverse reactions. Conclusion： The application of simethicone can eliminate the bubbles of the bowel obviously, improve the visional clarity of capsule endoscopy. And the cleaning level is relevant to the dose of simethicone.
