护理程序在重型颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用研究

Applying of Nursing Process in Emergency Medical Cure for Patient with Severe Brain Injury

目的:探讨护理程序在重型颅脑损伤患者急救中的护理效果,提高患者的抢救成功率。方法:将63例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组31例,观察组患者采用急救护理程序,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的死亡率、抢救时间以及家属对护理质量的满意均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将护理程序应用于重度颅脑损伤的急救中,可以迅速了解患者的主诉、神志及生命体征,对病情做出及时评估,提高了急救水平,降低患者死亡率,是一项重要的护理措施。

Objective： To explore the effects of applying nursing process in emergency medical cure for patient with severe brain injury and improve the survival rate of severe brain injury. Method： 67 patients were divided randomly into the obsevation group（32 cases） and the control group（31 cases）. The traditional nursing method of emergency medical cure was used in the control group, and nurs- ing process was used in the observation group,and then cornpared the effects nursing of them. Result： Indexes including mortality rate, the time and satisfied by nursing services of observation group were better than that of the control group, there was significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Severe brain injury in the first - aid care in the use of nursing process can find out patient ＇ s chief complaint, consciousness and life sign quickly, to evaluate its status in time, it can improve the level of first aid to reduce the mortality of patients, it is a key nursing method.
