摘要 生物高分子材料在现代药物传递系统中不仅起着载体的作用,而且还影响和控制药物的缓释机理。文章为第一部分,主要介绍生物高分子材料在药物传递系统中的降解机理与表征方法。 Nowadays biopolymer materials not only can be used as carriers, but also can control drug release mechanism. This is the firt part of the whole paper, which is mainly focus on the degradable mechanism and characterization techniques of biodegradable polymer for drug delivery systems.
