气相色谱法测定牛蒡中的噻唑磷残留

Research Fosthiazate Residue in Arctium lappa L.by GC

研究了噻唑磷的在牛蒡中残留分析方法。牛蒡中噻唑磷经乙腈高速匀浆提取,减压浓缩、定容后进样。噻唑磷的最低检出量为1.0×10-12g,最低检出质量分数为0.01mg/kg,平均回收率为84.5%～91.5%,变异系数为1.9%～4.0%。

The residue analysis method of fosthiazate in Arctium lappa L. was established. Fosthiazate in Arctium lappa L. were extracted by acetonitrile homogenized by homogenizer, concentrated and determined by GC with FPD-detector. The limit of detection was estimated to be 1.0×10-12g, and minimum determination concentration of fosthiazate were 0.01 mg/kg. The average recoveries ranged from 84.5-91.5% with a coefficient variation between 1.9-4.0%.
