摘要
区域创新环境是区域创新系统的重要组成部分,创新环境的优劣直接关系着区域经济的发展进程。从创新环境的定义和构成可知,区域基础设施环境、社会文化环境、制度环境、学习环境对一个地区的创新和发展至关重要。长沙市正处在新的历史建设时期,对该区域创新环境进行分析有着重要意义。
Regional innovation environment is an important component of the regional innovation system, the innovative environment will directly affect the process of the regional economic development. From the defini- tion and composition of the innovative environment, the regional infrastructure environment, socio - cultural en- vironment, institutional environment and learning environment are essential for innovation and development of a region. While Changsha is now experiencing a new historical period of construction, analyzing the regional innovation environment will be of great significance.
