摘要
双吊点液压启闭机在大中型跨度闸门的启闭上应用广泛,双缸同步系统是该类型启闭机液压系统中最重要的系统.对应用电液比例调速阀的闭环同步回路进行研究,分析了该同步系统的工作原理,建立了同步系统的数学模型和控制模型,为该系统的动态特性分析和现代控制理论的应用奠定了基础.
Two lifting points hydraulic hoist is used widely in large and medium-sized gates; synchronizing cir- cuit is a most important circuit in its hydraulic system. The synchronizing circuit made of electro-hydraulic proportional governor valve is researched; the principle of the synchronizing circuit is expounded; and the mathematical model and control model of the synchronizing circuit are established. The results lay the founda- tion for dynamic analysis of the system and the application of modern control theory.
