摘要
提出了一种计及暂态安全的输电阻塞管理模型.当阻塞发生时,以总的购电费用最小为原则进行阻塞管理.在满足系统静态稳定运行约束的同时,确保电力系统的暂态稳定,如发电机转子间最大相对摇摆角低于某一限值,节点电压在允许范围内.文章以IEEE 9节点系统为例说明了所提出的管理模型的有效性.
A model of transmission congestion management with transient stability constraint is proposed ac- cording to the principle of minimizing the total cost of purchasing electricity to satisfy the static stability of the system in operation; and at the same time to ensure the dynamic security of power system, such as generator rotor angle between the maximum relative swing below a certain threshold, the node voltage at the scope of permit. Taking the IEEE 9-bus system for example, the results show the effectiveness of the proposed management model.
