摘要
为了防止机组轴承瓦温过高造成烧损,而引起事故停机的重大事故。通过对水电站机组各轴承瓦温过高在PLC程序及控制回路中的设计不合理性进行分析,并在各机组PLC事故停机回路中加装瓦温过高联片等处理,经改造后,在轴瓦温度跳变及断线时,未发生事故停机流程动作,保证机组运行期间的稳定性和可靠性。
It happens temperature jumping of the bearing bush in the following overhaul and maintenance of the sets, which can made the generator emergency shutdown in running, and have a terrible influence to the quality and completion period of overhaul. Unable to precise and intime dispatching in the normal hot-standby of the sets, influencing the inputting efficiency of the sets. This paper introduces the application and solution of the hydropower generator.
