摘要
研究了锰细菌Arthrobacter sp. MN1405的生长、氧化曲线及影响其氧化锰的各种理化因素.结果表明:接种量、装液量、温度、pH、Mn2+质量浓度、Fe2+质量浓度、摇床转速等因素对锰氧化率有不同程度的影响.在培养基装液量为250mL的三角瓶装80mL,初始Mn2+质量浓度65mg/L,温度25℃,pH6.8,接种量6%,120r/min的条件下培养6d后,锰的总氧化率可达80%以上.
The growth and manganese oxidation behaviors of the bacterium Arthrobacter sp. MN1405 were studied. The effect factors such as manganese ion concentration, iron ion concentration, temperature, pH, medium volume, inoculum, speed of shaker on Mn2+ oxidation were investigated. The results showed that the total oxidation efficency reached 80 % under the condition of the initial concentration of manganese ion of 65 mg/L, 25℃, pH6.8, liquid volume of 80 mL in 250 mL flask, inoculum volume of 10%, shaking speed of 120 r/min, culture time of 6 days.
