摘要
目前我国土地政策参与宏观调控面临着理论难点和实践的挑战,结合当前和今后一个时期工作需要,土地政策参与宏观调控要建立以经济手段为主的土地调控体系,推动土地调控实践不断创新,并注重与产业政策、财政、货币政策以及考核评价制度和城镇化建设互动。
The paper focuses on the theory and practice concerning participating in macro-control of land policy. It points out that land control system of keeping economic means remaining dominant should be established; and steadily promoting innovation in practice of land control; moreover, we should pay more attentions to the interaction with industrial policy, fi scal and monetary policies and the appraisal system and urbanization.
