Route Choice for the Reform of Geological Prospecting Units

经过近十年的探索和实践,地勘单位改革已经积累了不少经验和作法,国土资源部2009年以来开展的地质找矿改革和发展大讨论活动,又汇集了不少有关这方面的真知灼见。归纳和总结内蒙古、广东等模式的特点和影响地勘单位改革的深层次原因可知,地勘单位进一步的改革应遵循先易后难、先政后事、先公后商和先市场后主体的原则。

Based on some experiences and practices accumulated over ten year’s reform of geological prospecting units, and the characteristics of the pattern of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Guangdong Province, as well as deep-seated reasons affected the reform of geological prospecting units, the paper makes a conclusion that the further reform of geological prospecting units should follow the principles of ' from easier to difficult, administration before business, putting public interests before commercial affairs, fi rst market then the main players in the market competition.
