竹罐治疗颈型颈椎病98例临床观察

Treating disease of vertebrae cervicales in neck-type with bamboo jar

[目的]以药物竹罐治疗颈型颈椎病,观察其临床疗效。[方法]将98例患者随机分为竹罐组、空罐组。竹罐组将将自制竹罐放于煮沸的药液中煎煮后进行拔罐;空罐组行常规拔罐。观察2组患者临床症状、体征。[结果]竹罐组临床治愈29例,显效11例,有效6例;空罐组临床治愈13例,显效16例,有效12例。[结论]药物竹罐组疗效优于空罐组。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of bamboo jar on treating disease of vertebrae cervicales in neck-type. [Methods] Ninety-eight patients with cervical syndrome were randomly divided into bamboo jar group and the empty jar group. In the bamboo jar group the self-produced bamboo jar should be boiled in the decoction and then used. Routine cupping was used in the empty jar group. Clinical symptom and signs were observed in both groups. [Results] There were 29 patients in bamboo jar group and 11 had excellence effect, 6 cases had effective action. Thirteen patients were cured in the empty jar group, among them 16 had obvious and 12 had effective action.[Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of drug bamboo jar group was higher than that of empty jar group.
