摘要
针对传统的烟支重量控制系统响应速度慢、重量偏差大等问题,提出了烟支平均重量的模糊PID控制算法,给出了该算法的详细描述,控制器用平均重量的偏差和变化率来维持一个恒定的输出烟支重量。仿真结果表明,该控制系统具有调整时间短、稳态误差小、超调量小,采用模糊PID控制器比采用传统的PID控制器可以得到更好的动态响应性能和控制精度。
Fuzzy PID control algorithm is presented for the traditional cigarette weight control system to improve its slow speed response and large weight deviations, and a detailed description of the algorithm is given, the average weight of the deviation and its percentage speed variation are used to maintain a constant output of the cigarette weight. Simulation results show that the dynamic characteristic and control accuracy obtained by fuzzy PID control are better than the traditional PID control.
