This paper presents a program to implement university library attendance management system based on VC, and introducing in details the system functionality, system architecture design and key technology to achieve process. The system enables management of employee attendance, and does feedback timely for staff attendance at the post position and the assessment results, so that attendance management is more scientific, standardized, intelligent.
