摘要 以醛、联苯甲酰和醋酸铵为原料,PEG-400为催化剂下合成了一系列三取代咪唑衍生物,通过红外光谱和核磁共振谱对产物结构进行了表征.结果表明,该法具有操作简单、收率高、无污染等特点,符合绿色化学的要求. Trisubstituted imidazole derivatives catalyzed by PEG-400 are synthesized by three components cyclocondensation of benzil, aldehyde and ammonium acetate. The structures of the products are characterized by IR, ^1HNMR and ^13 CNMR. The reaction has the advantage of no pollution, excellent yields and simple working-up procedure.
