摘要
采用面向业务流程和全寿命周期维护TPM(Total Productive M aintenance)的管理思想,以部队车辆装备为对象,吸收部队在装备管理方面积累和创造的经验与方法,根据功能需求分析和系统设计的总目标,对系统的总体结构和各子系统的结构进行设计,建立了由车辆基本信息管理、车辆调度与使用管理、车辆维修保养管理、车材物资管理及相关人员管理子系统组成的管理信息系统。
By applying the management idea of business process oriented and total productive maintenance,the article chooses army vehicle equipment as object, learns equipment management experiences and methods accumulated and created in army, designs general system structure and each subsystem structure based on the function requirements analysis and the target of system design,establishes the management information system composed by the following subsystem, vehicle basic information management,vehicle dispatching and using management,vehicle repairing and maintaining management,vehicle material management and correlative staff management.
