钽电容器阳极块成型模具的改进

Improvement of Anode Shape Mould for Tantalum Capacitor

针对原进口钽电容器阳极成型机配套模具在结构上存在不合理性,以及使用寿命低、模具上凸模易损坏、各规格模具间缺乏通用性等问题,对配套模具进行改进。生产检验证明,改进后的配套模具提高了使用寿命,降低了制造成本,满足了工艺要求。

Aiming at the problems of unreasonability existing in matching mould of anode shaping machine in original imported tantalum capacitor, short service life, easy damage of punch on the mould, lack of commonality of each specification mould, the article improves the matching mould. Production inspection proves that improving matching mould prolongs the service life, reduces the manufacturing cost, meets the process requirements.
