摘要
以提高冷轧机板形控制系统的稳定性和可靠性为目的,对1400 mm冷轧机板形控制系统的组成和工作原理进行分析,讨论了生产过程中板形控制系统出现的各类故障,指出引起板形控制系统故障的重要因素,从设备维护的角度提出了应采取的解决措施。
In order to improve the stability and reliability of shape control system in cold rolling mill, this paper makes analysis on the configuration and working principle of the shape control system in 1400 mm cold rolling mill, discusses on different faults occurred in the shape control system during the production, points out important factors due to faults in shape control system, puts forward solution measures to be adopted from the perspective of equipment maintenance.
