With the inductance couple plasma spectrum (ICPS),the adsorption behavior of Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ on cholesterol inaqueous solution was examined.The adsorption relation curve of similar one metal ion was obtain. As compared to the report of medical research the iteraction, provides a good explanation for the interrelation of trace element with atherosc lerosis.
