摘要
以异丙醇为原料，在常压下以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂Ｄ００６为催化剂，在固定床反应器中制取异丙醚。试验结果表明，其反应最佳条件为：反应温度１２０℃，反应器床层高径比８．８∶１，空速３．６ｈ－１。异丙醇转化率为４２％，异丙醚的单程收率可达１３．２％。
In this paper,a method of synthesis of diisopropyl ether(DIPE) from iospropanol (IPA) with a macroporous cation exchange resin catalyst,D006 under normal pressure is discussed.The experimental results show that the best reaction conditions are:reaction temperature,120 ℃;reactor bed height/diameter ratio,8.8/1;LHSV,3.6 h -1 .The conversion is 42% and the yield of DIPE is 13.2% under the above conditions.
