摘要 以抗原与抗体特异性反应为基础建立的免疫分析技术(Immunoassay,IA)具有灵敏度高、特异性强、快速、方便简捷的特点,因此适宜大量样品的现场筛选和快速分析。本文介绍了免疫学检测技术的常用方法及其在农药残留检测方面的应用,综述了国内外杀菌剂残留免疫测定的研究进展,并对农药残留免疫分析技术存在的问题和应用前景进行了讨论。 Immunoassay (IA) technology is established on antigen and antibody specificity reaction, which has some characteristics, such as high sensitivity, specificity,speediness and convenience,so it can be applied on the rapid screening and analysis for high throughput samples.In this paper,various common methods of IA and their applications on the detection of pesticide residues were introduced.The progress of IA for fungicide residues analysis at home and abroad was reviewed.And the problems and application prospects of immunoassay of pesticide residues were also discussed.
