摘要
图书馆声誉对图书馆的发展起着重要作用,该文分析了图书馆声誉的涵义及其特征,阐述了图书馆声誉管理的概念、意义以及声誉管理的原则,提出了实施图书馆声誉管理的四个途径:树立声誉至上理念;构建声誉保证机制;提高图书馆员素质;正确对待反馈信息。
The reputation of library plays an important role in the library development. In the paper, the reputation and its characteristics were analyzed. Besides, the concept, significance and principles of reputation management of library were illustrated. Four pathways were put forward to carry out reputation management of library, putting reputation first, establishing a guarantee system for reputation, enhancing the quality of the librarians and correctly dealing with feedback.
