摘要 钻孔漏失是钻进过程中经常碰到的问题。大宝山钼矿区地层条件复杂,多以软硬夹层和岩石裂隙为主,地下水丰富,局部漏失比较明显。为了解决该区域地层钻孔的漏失问题,笔者在分析地层及现场工艺条件后,提出并设计了脲醛树脂水泥球堵漏方案。经室内评价性实验,确定了以水泥、脲醛树脂、酒石酸等为主要原料的现场堵漏配方,该方案初凝和终凝时间比较短,操作过程比较简单,水泥球在酸性条件下能够保持自身的稳定,减少浸泡条件下堵漏材料的分解,配比材料经济。通过现场漏失钻孔段的实际堵漏验证,该方案可以有效解决大量漏失的问题,减少了辅助作业的时间,降低了工程成本。 It is a common problem that the drilling fluid often goes through the borehole. Especially in the stratum including crack rock and shale, it occurs quite often. Sealing of cement hal/is adapted to the drilling bore in complex stratum in Dabao mountain. The author designs this sealing project due to the complex stratum and locale techniques. The cement, Urea-formaldehyde and acid are fixed to apply in the drilling bore through much experi- ment by the author. In many cases, the material will run away by the force of flowing underground water and can't keep its stability. In this experiment, the cement can keep itself away from broken. It takes little time during the concretion and keeps stabilization in the acid liquid. This project keeps the sealing of drilling bore normally, shorten the time of assistant work and cut down the cost of the drilling.
