摘要
RTTS封隔器是用于井下套管里封隔油、气、水层的专用工具,它通过外力作用,使胶皮筒长度缩短,直径变大,密封油、套环形空间,分隔封隔器上下的油(气、水)层,从而实现油气井的测试目的。在实际应用过程中,针对由于封隔器胶筒问题而导致的封隔器失封问题,对胶筒选择所考虑的因素进行剖析,避免坐封失败的发生。
RTTS Packer is a special tool for separating different zones in downhole casing.Its rubber element becomes shorter and bigger when a force acts to it and so separates different zones so that well test for certain zone(s) can be done.Sometimes packer seal fails due to the problems with rubber element during operation.This paper analyzes these problems and factors which should be considered in selecting rubber element.
