摘要
对12块杉木双亲本子代测定林进行了方差分析,并采用最小显著差数法(LSD法)、性状水平分析法(PL法)、杂交优势效应、配合力(包括一般配合力和特殊配合力)等方法进行分析,测定结果表明,各杂交组合间存在一定差异,优势组合的生长量比对照的增益显著,一般配合力和母本效应十分显著,而超亲优势确实存在。杉木双亲本子代的选择,应以生长量增益为主要指标,结合杂种优势、特殊配合力和性状表现水平等因子综合考虑,可从参试的100个杂交组合中,再选择出有增益的优良组合中优良单株共22株,其家系和个体的树高、胸径、单株材积的累加增益预估值分别达到17.01%、20.96%和72.03%。
Analysis of variance was used for Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) fullsib family in 12 test plantations. Other methods were also used including least significant difference (LSD), performance level (PL), interprete heterobeltiosis , combining ability (general combining ability and specific combining ability). The results showed that there were differences between hybridizations.The growth increment was significantly higher than that of the check plot. The gain in high increment was significant. The general combining ability and parent effect were high significant too. The superiority to their parent was found. A conclusion is drawn from the analysis that in the selection of Chinese fir fullsib family, the increment gain should be the main index and heterosis, specific combining ability and character dominance should be also considered. 22 superior individuals have been selected from 100 hybridization sets and the gain in height, D.B.H. and volume are expected to reach 17.01%, 20.96% and 72.03% respectively.
