摘要
选矿生产作为钢铁企业生产的重要原料保障,其生产过程连续、原料处理量大、各个工艺环节及管理环节相互关联制约,导致选矿生产计划调度的各种智能优化方法在工程实际应用与验证中具有一定的风险和难度。针对上述问题,提出了基于PM(Production Modeler)的过程建模方法,建立面向UML对象和PM过程的可视化生产流程与智能优化方法相结合的选矿生产计划调度仿真系统平台,开发了相应的软件,为快速研究开发选矿生产计划调度方法提供有效的集成化仿真测试环境,系统具有较好的重用性和扩展性。
Mineral Processing production is an important raw material supply insurance for steel enterprise, and the process with features such as continuous, massive raw material and restriction in process segments make the application of planning and scheduling optimization methods in mineral process plant online hard. To deal with this problem, a process modeling approach based production modeler (PM) was proposed, and a visual production process oriented planning and scheduling simulation system for mineral processing was established based on UML object and PM process modeling combined with optimization methods, and the corresponding software was developed. The system has reusability and expansibility and can supply the integrated simulation test environment for methods research of mineral processing planning and scheduling.
