摘要
对Frankia孢子和泡囊的试验结果证明:当以酪蛋白水解物为氮源时,大量的泡囊产生;一段时间的无氮培养对孢子和泡囊形成的诱导效应,在加入氮源后不能保持下去;聚乙二醇对泡囊的产生有诱导作用;提高培养基的琼脂浓度,有利于孢子的产生。
A large quantity of vesicles appeared when Frankia strains were cultured in medium with hydrolysate of casein. The inductive effect of No nitrogen condition on the formation of spore and vesicle disappeared while nitrogen was added into medium. PEG exerted inductive influence on production of vesicle. Higher concentration of agar was favorable to the formation of spore.
