摘要
该文结合西樵大桥换索工程,探讨了斜拉桥换索过程中的施工监控技术,采用平面杆系有限元方法模拟了全桥换索前的受力状态和换索施工过程,确定了换索施工的控制工况并据此提出了主梁挠度、应力和索力的控制指标。介绍了施工监测系统的组成并给出了主要的实测数据,实测的数据与计算值吻合较好,换索过程中结构安全是有保证的。
With reference to the cable replacement construction of Xiqiao Bridge,the construction monitoring techniques involved in cable replacement are discussed.The finite element method of plane member system analysis is used to simulate the conditions before the bridge cables are replaced and its construction process.According to the results,the control indexes are given such as cable tension,deflection and stress of girder.The article introduces the composition of construction monitoring system and gives the in-situ data,which match FEM results well.The structural safety in the course of cable replacement is guaranteed.
