摘要
地铁车站土建与机电的协调涉及多专业、多单位、多环节、多接口,当车站土建结构基本完成时,装修及各机电系统承包商将陆续进场施工,形成同一车站内有多个承包商同时施工的情况。该文总结了上海轨道交通9号线一期工程的实践,认为:有必要建立一套协调机制,使各项工作顺利有序地开展,节省施工时间,提高施工安装的质量,同时能避免返工,减少损失。
The coordination of civil construction with mechanism and electricity of the metro station will involve many specialties,many units,many links and many interfaces.When the civil construction structures of the station are basically completed,the contractors of fitment,mechanical system and electrical system will enter the field for the construction in succession,which will form the situation that many contractors construct at the same time in a same station.The article sums up the practice of Shanghai Rail Traffic No.9 Line Phase I Project,and considers that it is necessary to set up a coordinating system to make various works be implemented in good order,save the construction time,enhance the quality of construction installation,and at same time,be able to avoid the work done over again and reduce the loss.
