摘要
从一年生瓜类植株上分离、筛选获得97008、97018两株拮抗菌,在PDA平板上测得对甜瓜主要果实病害病原菌软腐菌(Rhizopus sp.)、镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)、交链孢菌(Altemaria sp.)、粉红单端孢菌(Trichothecium sp.)的菌丝生长与孢子发育有明显抑制竹用。
Results showed that two antagonist bacteria strains (no. 97008, 97018) isolated from annual melons could significantly inhibit growth of hypha and spore of major melon pathogenic fungus, Rhizopus sp.,Fusarium sp.,Alternaria sp. and Trichothecium sp. in vitro.
