On the innovation of provincial model for higher education development:a case study on Guangdong Province

摘要 省域发展模式创新是中国高等教育变革与发展的突破口。改革开放以来的广东,通过调整与活化高等教育的管理权、举办权、办学权,逐渐形成了高等教育发展的捐赠模式、政府主导模式、高校引进模式、自主创办与外地引进并举模式,彰显了全民、开放、务实、积聚式发展高等教育的特征,积累了省域高等教育发展的试点经验,丰富了"后发"高等教育的追赶经验及"新发"高等教育的成长经验。 The innovation of provincial model is the sally port for the development of Chinese higher education. Taking Guangdong as an example. Since the implementation of the reform-and-opening-up policy, Guangdong adjusted the power of administration, host and management for higher education, and gradually established many development models, such as the Model of Donation, the Model of Government Domination, the Model of Indraught, and the Coexisting Model of Indraught and Independently Construction, which indicated Guangdong higher education development being publicly, openly, practically and concentratively. Guangdong piles up many experiences for those developing provinces such as how to chase after the developed by strides and how to seek after the new-developing roads.
