摘要
博士质量问题不仅是中国的问题,也是一个世界性的问题。纵观10余年来全球范围内博士质量的讨论,博士培养之所以成为问题,更深层次的原因在于当下知识生产模式的转型。为了回应知识生产模式的变化,当代博士生教育已经进行了一系列的调整和改革,如增加博士学位的类型、培养模式的多样化、跨学科培养博士、与工业界合作培养博士等等。如何在推进改革的过程中既满足知识生产新模式的需求,又维持博士生教育的"高质量",这是世界面临的挑战,也是中国面临的挑战。
The quality of doctoral education is not only a problem in China, but also a global issue. Making a comprehensive survey of the discussions on doctoral education quality whether in China or all over the world, the underlying reason behind the problem of doctoral education will be found, that is, the transformation of knowledge production mode. In order to response to the challenges of knowledge production mode, there are a series of adjustments and reforms in doctoral education, such as increase of new doctoral degree types, diversity of training modes, trans-disciplinary or cooperation with industry in doctoral education, etc. It is a challenge both for the world and China, that how to satisfy the needs of new mode of knowledge production, and also to sustain the "high quality" of doctoral education in the process of reform.
