摘要 当前大学生就业存在严重问题,表现为总体就业状况恶化及性别差异显著。本研究从这两个方面出发,在考察高校毕业生总体就业状况的基础上,重点分析大学生就业的性别差异。本文从就业率、起薪、工作满意度三个角度分析了高校毕业生总体及各学历层次、学科和类别、学校类型的就业性别差异,并对2003-2007年性别差异的发展趋势进行比较,从而对我国大学生就业性别差异状况有了全方位的认识,对于解决大学生就业问题,缩小性别差异具有指导意义。 Currently there are serious employment problems with Chinese college gradu- ates, which are demonstrated by both the deterioration of overall employment status and differences within the college graduates group. Based on these two facts, examining the overall employment status, this study focuses on the analysis of gender gap in graduates' employment status. From different angles such as employment rate, starting salary and job satisfaction, the study analyzes employment gender gap of different educational levels, majors and college types as well as college graduates as a whole. At the same time we make historical comparison of the gender gap trend from year 2003 till 2007. Through comprehensive analysis, this study draws a whole picture of graduates employment and gender gap, and provides advice for solving graduates' employment problems and narrowing gender gap.
