改革开放以来高校辅导员角色经历了一系列的演变,主要体现在身份定位、规范要求和期望以及行为模式等方面。高校辅导员角色的演变表明,高校辅导员角色定位应当体现时代性、多元性和专业性。

Since the reform and opening-up, the role of college counselors experienced a series of evolution, mainly reflected in the identity positioning, regulatory requirements, expectations and behavior patterns and so on.
