摘要
乙二醇装置500#蒸发单元五效再沸器的弯头、封头等部位及其管束、壳程由于腐蚀减薄严重而发生穿孔泄漏。现场腐蚀状况及腐蚀介质监测数据表明再沸器的腐蚀兼有冲刷腐蚀和酸性腐蚀,并分析了再沸器的腐蚀原因及过程。从工艺防腐、材料防腐、腐蚀介质监测、涂料防腐四个方面提出了相应的防护措施。
Elbow,head, pipes and shellside of the reboiler leaked on account of corrosion in evaporation system of glycol unit.The corrosion status and the data of corrosion medium monitoring on spot indicated that the corrosion of the reboler suffered from scouring corrosion and acidity corrosion,and the corrosion cause and process were analyzed on reboiler.The protection measure were advised from technics antisepticise, material antisepticise, corrosion medium monitoring and coating antisepticise.
