摘要
在pH12.00的缓冲溶液中,阿昔洛韦(ACV)与H3BO3形成组成比为1∶1的反应产物,其最大吸收波长λmax=289 nm,ACV的质量浓度在0.48~57.6 mg/L范围内与吸光度成良好关系,线性回归方程A=-0.01796+0.01624ρ,相关系数r=0.9990,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.7×103L.mol-1.cm-1,回收率为99.9%~101.6%。据此建立了测定ACV的新方法,能够直接用于药物样品中ACV的测定。
A simple and sensitive spectrophtometric method is described for the determination of acyclovir(ACV).The method is based on a complex reaction to measure the product formed by the reaction of acyclovir with boric acid in pH 12.0 buffer solution.The stoichiometric ratio of the product is 1∶1,and its maximum absorption wavelength is at 289 nm with an apparent absorptivity ε of 3.7×103 L/(mol·cm).The Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0.48~57.6 mg/L for acyclovir.The linear regression equation is A=-0.01796+0.01624ρ(mg/L),with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9990.The detection limit is 0.13 mg/L,and average recovery is over 99%.This proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of acyclovir with satisfactory results.
