摘要
对不同敏化条件下奥氏体不锈钢电极动电位再活化扫描(EPR)后的形貌进行研究,结果表明敏化时间,敏化温度,直接影响敏化程度,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱结果说明敏化程度越大,晶间腐蚀开裂越严重,敏化使晶界局部成份变化,腐蚀发生在贫铬处的晶界,Fe、Cr、Ni等元素被溶解腐蚀。
The electrode surface of stainless steel after EPR was investigated. The results of SEM and the electron energy spectrum show that the intergranular attack became severe as the sensitized time was long and the sensitized temperature high. The intergranular attack happened at the chromium depleted zones where the different elements were dissolved.
