摘要 针对变频器中直流母线电容的纹波电流是影响其产品寿命的关键因素之一,本文通过对其电路工作过程的分析确定出具体的计算公式,以此作为变频器中直流母线电容设计参考,提升变频器产品设计的可靠性。 Aimed at the ripple current of DC link capacitors in variable frequency driver (VFD), which is one of key factors to the product life, this paper provides the analytical calculation expression of the ripple current of DC link capacitor in VFD by the analysis of its working process. This method will boost the reliability design of VFD product with DC link capacitors.
