关于澳大利亚中小学校长的任用与培训机制的思考 被引量:1

摘要 本文阐述了澳大利亚中小学校长的选拔、评估、奖惩和培训等机制,分析当前我国中小学校长任用和培训机制上存在的不足,强调培训应以校长为主体,实现教育的软着陆。
